As the double bed room faced the street, I found that outside noise could be heard even with the windows closed.

I stayed at a wonderful hotel right across from the bus station in Hase, close to all the tourist sites. It was a perfect location to explore the famous Kōtoku-in temple and many other beautiful temples. The room I booked was neat and clean with a private shower and sink. The service provided by the friendly staff was outstanding. They offered a delicious and varied breakfast every morning. The vintage design of the hotel was a delightful touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Kamakura!
